Karen Gureghian is Founder of the Human Resources Consulting Division of Startupshoppe, Inc.

Karen started the HR Consulting Division of Startupshoppe, Inc. in 2003. She has over 15 years of Human Resources experience gained from working for companies such as FSI International (www.fsi-intl.com) and Xilinx (www.xilinx.com).

Karen is an adjunct faculty member for Metropolitan State University and teaches “Staffing Organizations”. She graduated from the University St Thomas with an MBA in Human Resources Management. Karen also graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a BA in Business Administration. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and a Board Member with HR Professionals of Minnesota and is currently VP of Membership.
